Payment terms

courses booked as an individual require full payment at time of registration if said individual needs to cancel their registration please refer to the following refund policy.

Courses that are booked as a group or on behalf of a group (3 or more participants) 75% of the total invoice price is required prior to course start date. Group courses must be cancelled 7 days prior to course start date. Please review the following refund policy.

Refund Policy

We value our customers and because we also know things happen we do offer a full refund up to 7 days prior to course start date.

Any registration cancelled within 7 days of the course start date will be given a credit minus $10.00 registration fee/participant towards a course of the registrants choosing at a later date.(credit is valid for 6months from original  course date unless no courses offered within this time in which case credit will be extended)
